2006-2007: Started in 25 of 27 games played... led the Lady Saints with 84 assists and 39 steals... currently ranks 9th in Limesotne’s single season assist record... recorded a season-high 4 steals against Pfeiffer and Erskine... tallied 6 assists in contests against Coker and Erskine... tallied 10 points in a come-from-behind win against the Cobras... scored a seaon-high 12 points against Mars Hill... grabbed 10 rebounds against Barton.

2005-2006: Spent the 2005-2006 season as a redshirt.

Hillsborough CC:  Ariel played two years at Hillsborough Community College...As a freshman, she was awarded the coaches award, and was selected for the All-Star team, and awarded Best Defensive Player as a sophomore.

High School:  Ariel played varsity basketball for 4 years at Bloomingdale Senior High School...after her 4 years at Bloomingdale, she holds the records for assists, steals and points...was selected Best Defensive Player as a sophomore, received honorable mention for team MVP as a junior, and was 2nd-team All-Conference as a senior.

Personal: Ariel was born on June 21...her parents are Cliff and Cindy Lyons.  Ariel is majoring in business and sports management...has an older sister named Gloria and an older brother named Stephen.
