Please review the schedule of use by the Athletic Department and the Physical Education Department so you can plan your workout time accordingly. Additionally, please review the eligibility requirements for use of the facility.


Facility Rules and Regulations

1. Do not bring tobacco, food, chewing gum, glass bottles, cans, alcohol, drugs, or
   any banned substance in the facility; plastic water bottles with water or Gatorade
   in them are the only exception.

2. Show respect for the equipment and the facility at all time. Spitting in or defacing
   the facility will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion. Do not
   engage in horseplay, use loud or offensive language, or have temper tantrums.

3.  Do not neglect or misuse any of the equipment.  Do not lean barbells or
    weighted plates against the walls or mirrors.  Do not drop or throw weighted
    plates or dumbbells.

4.  Do not wear jewelry such as loose necklaces, bracelets, hanging earrings, or 
    watches.

5.  Wear proper training attire; athletic shirts and shorts as well as
    athletic shoes are required.  No cleats/spikes are allowed in the
    facility.  Do not wear revealing clothing (tank tops, sports bras, ect.).

6.  Do not wear weight belts if they come in contact with equipment upholstery.

7.  Clean up after yourself.  Return weights and dumbbells to racks and benches to
    proper locations.

Follow all verbal and written instruction from the strength staff.

No cell phones allowed in weight room during training sessions.
