LIMESTONE’S WOMEN’S GOLF TAKES 4TH AT CONFERENCE CAROLINAS CHAMPIONSHIP; CLAYTON FINISHES 4TH

CLEMMONS, N.C.—The Limestone College women’s golf team finished fourth at the six-team Conference Carolinas Tournament on Tuesday at the par-71 Salem Glen Golf and Country Club. The Lady Saints carded a three-round score of 1057 (353-328-376). Katie Clayton was Limestone’s top finisher as she took fourth with her score of 231 (82-72-77).

Lady Saint Ansley Smith finished 13th (90-83-83 256), Samantha Allison was 19th (94-86-85 265), and Kristen Michela took 28th (137-138-131 406).

Pfeiffer won the team event (939), Belmont Abbey was second (941), and Anderson took third (1049). Queens finished fifth (1058) and Mount Olive was sixth (1075).
