LIMESTONE’S KNIGHT NAMED CONFERENCE CAROLINAS PITCHER OF THE WEEK |
Knight held the Cobras to only five hits and struck out eight batters. He also only allowed one walk during the contest as his record improved to 3-0 on the season. Knight is at the top of the conference individual rankings with 41 strikeouts this season. Knight leads the Saints with 46.0 innings pitched and has a 3.52 ERA for the season. |

THOMASVILLE, N.C.—Limestone College’s Clayton Knight (Moncks Corner, S.C.) was named Conference Carolinas Pitcher of Week, as released by the league office on Tuesday. Knight pitched a complete game shutout on Saturday to lead the Saints to a 6-0 conference win against Coker.
