4 SAINTS EARN PRESEASON ALL-AMERICAN HONORS; LIMESTONE RANKED NO. 4 IN PRESEASON NATIONAL POLL

BALTIMORE, Md.- Four Limestone men's lacrosse player were named Preseason All-Americans by Inside Lacrosse Magazine's Face-Off Yearbook. Midfielder Justin Haworth (Deer Park, N.Y.) and defender Matt Pinder (Centreville, Md.) garnered First Team honors as attackman Allen Vaughn (Skaneatdes, N.Y.) was named to the Second Team. Defender Mike Piccin (Agawam, Mass.) earned Honorable Mention. The Saints lacrosse team is also ranked No. 4 in the preseason NCAA Division II poll.

Defending national champion Le Moyne leads the way with seven All-American selections, including three first-teamers. Bryant is next with six selections, followed by NYIT with five. Mercyhurst and Limestone weighed in with four each.

Le Moyne is the No. 1 team entering the year, while national runner-up Mercyhurst takes the No. 3 spot behind NYIT.

Limestone, a national semifinalist in '07, weighs in at No. 4, followed by Dowling, C.W. Post, Bryant, Adelphi, St. Andrews and Molloy.
