LIMESTONE STUDENT-ATHLETES MAKE ORNAMENTS FOR GAFFNEY BOYS & GIRLS CLUB |
The Limestone College women’s soccer, volleyball, and cross country teams participated in the “Give an Ornament” project for the Gaffney Boys & Girls Club. Student-athletes personally designed an ornament and gave it to a participant of the Boys & Girls Club. A total of 175 ornaments were made to be given away. The projected was organized by Limestone's head women's soccer coach Tina Weaver. “I love the fact that the teams are doing this. It is a great chance for the student-athletes to bond over arts and crafts and show the Limestone community how much we appreciate their support,” said Weaver. “We look to make this a yearly tradition.” |
