The Limestone College men’s lacrosse team, ranked No. 5 in the latest USILA national poll, will travel to Old Westbury, N.Y., to play the New York Institute of Technology in the semifinals of the NCAA Division II National Tournament. Game time is set for 1 p.m. on Saturday. |
Jarrell Douglass, a 6-foot 5-inch forward from Leesburg, Fla., has signed to play with the Limestone College men’s basketball. Douglass was a standout for Leesburg High School’s and Santa Fe Community College’s teams. |

The No. 2- ranked Limestone College women’s lacrosse team will travel to Houston, Texas, this week to compete in the 2008 NCAA Division II tournament and participate in the NCAA Division II Spring Sports Championship Festival. This is the Lady Saints’ third appearance in the national tournament. The team also earned bids in 2004 and 2006. |

LADY SAINTS TRACK & FIELD ADDS 7 SOLID RECRUITS GAFFNEY, S.C.—Limestone Track and Field Head Coach Kevin Vees has announced the signing of seven student-athletes to the women’s track & field team. Meagan Rodrigues (Manchester Township, N.J.), Samantha McGowan (Citrus Springs, Fla.), Catherine Tate (Blacksburg, S.C.), Brittny Shelton (Blacksburg, S.C.), Jenny Altieri (Kent Island, Md.), Anisha Barbee (Madison, Tenn.), and Theresa Braecklein (Walterboro, S.C.) will join the Lady Saints track and field team for the 2008-09 season. |
Limestone College Head Women’s Soccer Coach has announced that Hope Lee will join the Lady Saints for upcoming fall 2008 season. Lee hails from Fredericksburg, Va. She attended Mountain View High School in Virginia, where she played three years of varsity soccer. |
