KOZLOWSKI JOINS LIMESTONE CROSS COUNTRY COACHING STAFF

GAFFNEY, S.C.—  Limestone College Head Cross Country Coach Kevin Vees has announced that CJ Kozlowski will be the teams’ new assistant for the upcoming season. Kozlowski, a 2006 graduate of Limestone, will assist in all aspects of the men’s and women’s cross country programs at Limestone.

“CJ will be a huge asset to our coaching staff,” said Vees. “He is already familiar with the program and the College since he competed with the Saints for four years.”

Kozlowski returns to the College after serving as the head cross country coach at Chester High School. He led the team to a third-place finish in the region. He also served as the junior varsity basketball coach.

Kozlowski was a member of the Saints cross country and lacrosse teams during his college career at Limestone. He served as captain for the cross country team as a senior and was a two-time Academic All-Conference honoree. He was also named the College’s Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2006 and won the General Excellence award.

He is a USA Track and Field Level 1 Certified Coach and is pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Management.
