LIMESTONE’S VAUGHAN NAMED TO 2007 CONFERENCE CAROLINAS ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM

Limestone College defender Ashley Vaughan (Pickering, Ontario, Canada) was named to the 2007 Conference Carolinas All-Tournament team following her performance in the women's soccer tournament. Vaughan started in both postseason matches and helped the Lady Saints to a 2-0 shutout against Mount Olive in the first round of competition last Wednesday. Limestone battled hard but was eliminated in the semifinals by Belmont Abbey on Saturday. For the tournament, Limestone had a team goals against average of 1.00
