LIMESTONE’S WISE NAMED CVAC WOMEN’S LACROSSE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

THOMASVILLE, N.C.—Limestone College sophomore Lauryn Wise (Pasadena, Md.) was named Carolinas-Virginia Athletics Conference Women’s Lacrosse Player of the Week, as released by the league office on Wednesday.

Wise helped Limestone to its seventh CVAC win of the season against St. Andrews on April 3. Wise had four goals during the contest and won three draw controls. She also chipped in on defense as she caused three turnovers. Wise leads the Lady Saints with 42 goals, 52 points and 14 caused turnovers. She also has a team-high nine free-position goals for the year.
