LADY SAINTS FALL TO BARTON, 70-58

WILSON, N.C. – The Lady Saints basketball team fell to Barton College tonight, 70-58. The Saints drop to 7-8 overall, 2-3 in league play, while Barton advanced to 7-5 on the season and 5-2 in the league.

Shelly Robinson (Belmont, NC) paced the Lady Saints with 17 points on 5-of-6 shooting, including a sensational 5-of-5 from 3-point land. Addie Graves (Columbia, SC) and Lindsay Kyle (Springfield, VA) both added 9 points respectively.

The Saints shot 37.7% from the field and 73.1% from the free throw line.

The Lady Saints will travel to Due West, S.C., to take on Erskine College in Conference Carolinas’ action on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
