WOMEN’S TENNIS ROLLS PAST PFEIFFER 8-1 TO WIN FIVE STRAIGHT

GAFFNEY, S.C. - Limestone’s women’s tennis squad won it’s fifth straight match on Thursday at the Emmie Evans Rector Tennis Center, defeating Pfeiffer 8-1. Limestone improves to 6-3 overall, and a perfect 4-0 in Conference Carolinas play. Pfeiffer drops to 5-2, 1-1 in conference play.

Limestone jumped off to a 3-0 start in doubles action, with the only defeat of the day coming at No. 1 singles.

Limestone will travel to Americus, Ga., on Monday to take on Georgia Southwestern State at 3:00 p.m.
