PEMBROKE, N.C. – Due to inclement weather moving through the
Robeson County area, the softball doubleheader between UNCP and Limestone
has been postponed. No makeup date between the Braves and Saints has
been announced.
Limestone held the then-No. 16 Black and Gold to just one run on five
hits in posting a 3-1 road triumph at the East Carolina Classic on March
14 at LRA Softball Field.
The Saints will be in action again on Friday afternoon traveling to
Tigerville, S.C. for a non-conference doubleheader with North Greenville,
set to begin at 2 p.m.
